when it comes to hardware accelerated html5 avc does google chrome use
dxva2 native or dxva2 copy-back ?

or is both possible ? if so is there a way to change that behaviour ?

If you know the names of the native functions that are supposed to do that,
you can use cs.chromium.org to find those function and trace a bit to see
if they are used.
If not, graphics-dev
